Gorgeous ocean views greet you from this second floor, spacious and airy unit. Ekolu 1606 is a fully remodeled two bedroom two bathroom unit that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Vaulted ceilings, cool breezes, and ceiling fans in every room. Open concept floor plan, you'll enjoy relaxing in the living room on two separate couches while enjoying the views off the lanai. One couch converts into a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a TV connected to cable for local stations. There is a brand new mini split located in the living room if the fans are not cooling the unit to your satisfaction.

Enjoy some home cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen. I make a point to leave a plethora of spices, sugar, tea and coffee for your use. There is a rice cooker, Ninja Coffee maker, tea kettle, garlic press, cookware and utensils. There is seating for 4 at the indoor table or dine al fresco on the lanai.

The master bedroom boasts a Cal king bed with brand new mattress and pillows. There is a small lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or to sit and watch the geckos. There is an en suite bathroom with new cabinetry and tile and a walk in shower with rain shower head. The brand new stacker washer and dryer are also conveniently located within this bathroom. There is a brand new A/C mini split if you are ever in need of a cool down before bed. Smart TV with netflix/peacock/paramount.

The guest bedroom includes one  single bed and a double bed, ceiling fan, mini A/C split, a small lanai and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a smart TV. 

On the lanai are boogie boards, 6 chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella and a cooler. 

Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. Access to the two gated pools by code as well.

I do not live on island, but have a property manager on island in case you need assistance during your stay. I am available by phone, email or text if you have any questions.

Lovely, tree lined condo complex situated above the Marriott, Grand Wailea, Shops at Wailea and the Four Seasons. Take a stroll down to the ocean front walking path in the morning to check out the waves. Located in the coveted Wailea area of Maui, it boasts gorgeous grounds and the most beautiful beaches on the island. It is located on the sunny south shore, with the best weather for vacation.

Parking in the complex is free. Most people will rent a car at the airport.

There is also a bus stop in front of the Wailea Blue clubhouse, about a 5 minute walk from the condo.
