Beautiful Ocean View top floor condo in Wailea

Wailea Ekolu is a pristine resort that sits on the fairway of the elite Wailea Blue Golf course. Enjoy walking to the clubhouse for a cocktail at sunset, or enjoy a round of golf at either the Blue, Emerald or Gold courses that surround the area. The beautifully landscaped property offers brand new gas(or charcoal) grills, picnic tables and two heated swimming pools. One conveniently located directly across the parking lot. 

Shopping and Dining are a short drive ( I prefer to walk but that depends how you're feeling!) away at the famous Wailea Village Center( Local Farmer's Market on Tuesday)   With many more shops and restaurants close by at the Shops at Wailea. (They have evening entertainment 7 days a week from luau's to local musical artists and even lei making classes)  

The closest beaches to the unit are also some of Maui's most famous.  Ulua, Wailea, and Mokapu are just a short stroll through the complex. 

Gorgeous ocean views greet you from this second floor, spacious and airy unit. Ekolu 1606 is a fully remodeled two bedroom two bathroom unit that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Vaulted ceilings, cool breezes, and ceiling fans in every room. Open concept floor plan, you'll enjoy relaxing in the living room on two separate couches while enjoying the views off the lanai. One  couch converts into a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a TV connected to cable for local stations. There is a brand new mini split located in the living room if the fans are not cooling the unit to your satisfaction. 

Enjoy some home cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen. I make a point to leave a plethora of spices, sugar, tea and coffee for your use. There is a rice cooker, two coffee machines ( a keurig and and a normal coffee pot) tea kettle, garlic press, cookware and utensils. There is seating for 4 at the indoor table or dine al fresco on the lanai. 

The master bedroom boasts a Cal king bed with brand new mattress topper. There is a small lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or to sit and watch the geckos. There is an en suite bathroom with new cabinetry and tile and a walk in shower with rain shower head. The stacker washer and dryer are also conveniently located within this bathroom.  There is a brand new A/C mini split if you are ever in need of a cool down before bed. Smart TV with netflix/peacock/paramount. 

The guest bedroom includes two double beds, ceiling fan, mini A/C split, a small lanai and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a smart TV and this tv also has cable for local stations. In the hallway closet is boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear and beach towels. 

The condo is relaxed, inviting and comfortable. I want guests to feel at home and welcome to this little slice of paradise. If at any time you have an issue, please feel free to reach out. I have a manager on island to tend to any issues that may arise.
